Refund Policy

All orders are eligible to be returned for 30 days from the purchase date. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase - kindly contact us at info@perfumehero.com and we will be happy to process a refund for you. During the return process we may ask for your feedback and reason for return, so we can make improvements to our product accordingly.

*Returned items need to be in their original packaging. Any item that is returned damaged or incomplete will not qualify for a refund, exchange or a store gift card. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds, exchanges and gift cards will only be issued once we receive the product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Returns, exchanges and gift cards are issued at the our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse them.
